SalaryOperators are skilled in operating and maintaining production machinery to ensure the continuous flow of peanuts through the shelling system. They follow GMPs, SOPs and adhere to health and safety regulations. Operators communicate any problems with the equipment to maintenance and plant manager which involves keen attention to detail and the ability to identify maintenance, product, or operations issues. They perform adjustments as needed, ensuring the process is efficient without any quality issues. Operators complete sanitation duties in the work area and maintain a clean work environment. They practice strong time management, teamwork, and communication skills and are willing to perform any other duties as assigned by management.

*Applicant should have excellent hand-eye coordination.
*Applicant should be able to climb stairs and/or ladders.
*Applicant should be able to stand for extended periods of time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $13.00 per hour
