We are presently looking for an experienced wheeled Loader Operator to work at Asphalt Plants.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate wheeled loader in accordance with company procedures and safety regulations
• Ensure proper operation of loader by performing regular checks on their functionality
• Provide preventative maintenance to ensure equipment is safe and operating properly
• Keep loader cab, windows and filters cleaned out regularly; Grease loader regularly

• Regularly clean equipment to preserve its quality and functionality
• Perform minor repairs on equipment issues
• Report needs for larger repairs to the appropriate parties
• Daily yard maintenance / cleanup - operate skid steer and hand tools
• Keep feeder bins full while plant is running
• Assist with on-going plant maintenance including but not limited to feeder bins, shaker boxes, drum, slinger, and baghouse

• Willing to learn and assist with quality control
• Willing to learn and assist with plant operation and truck load-out
• Abide by all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as all company safety procedures
• Commit to the overall safety of the work environment by always taking extra precautions to work with the utmost care and consideration

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience working with Wheeled Loader
• Knowledge of proper operation of wheeled loader as well as safety standards
• Ability to maintain, inspect, clean, and occasionally repair wheeled loader and skid steer
• Keen attention to detail and situational awareness to maintain the safety of the work environment
• Strong work ethic and physical ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Able to work outside in all weather conditions
• Willing to perform manual labor as needed and directed by supervisor
• Normal start time 6:30 am however flexible hours required
• Work well with team, but work with minimum supervision
• Deals with co-workers, customer, and public in a respectful manner
• Reliable transportation to and from the Asphalt Plants as directed

Salary Range: $17.00 - $23.00 / Hour Depending on Experience

Experience:

• Asphalt Plant: 1 year (Preferred)
• wheeled loader operating: 2 years (Required)
