- Ensure Department Managers are informed of all Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) expectations, and budget, having the tools to be proactive in achieving goals.
- Institutes policies and procedures as required.

- 15+ years of relevant management experience.
- Lean or Six Sigma certified preferred.
- P&L experience, strong financial and analytical skills.
- Prior experience with achieving and maintaining ISO/IATF certification standards strongly preferred.
- Prior experience with production of electrical and electronics products preferred.
- Use of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Power Point and other software as required.
