You are extremely analytical, have excellent retail math skills, as well as established planning experience, ideally in ecommerce. You enjoy mentoring junior team members and have strong people leadership and cross-functional influencing skills. A Day in the Life:
The typical day is... atypical. You might be forecasting select product categories within the North America Ecommerce Channel through strategic merchandise planning, controlled inventory management and actionable reporting and insights. Or maintaining the monthly divisional OTB for select categories. Or identifying opportunities and risks in the business based on your findings. Additionally, this role is responsible for all aspects of the pre-season and in-season assortment planning, merchandise financial planning and inventory management, reporting and analysis across multiple categories. The consistent thread is that you'll be working with an amazing team of women and men who share your passion for excellence.

Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is 115,000.00 USD - 130,000.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.

To Land This Role:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically excel and powerpoint
- 5+ years of experience working in a planning or finance related field
- Deep experience with planning and business reporting applications (Experience with Microstrategy a plus)
- Prior experience in ecommerce highly desired
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical skills paired with strategic business acumen
- Detail-oriented, results-driven, highly motivated, and entrepreneurial
- Strong organizational skills and excellent communication skills
