```Job Summary:``` We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Manager to oversee our hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, food handling, and customer service. As a Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment, including managing shifts, overseeing the kitchen, and providing excellent customer service. ```Responsibilities:``` - Manage daily operations of the establishment, including overseeing staff and ensuring efficient workflow - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Train and develop staff members to provide exceptional customer service - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner - Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders - Oversee banquet events and ensure smooth execution - Manage the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash transactions accurately - Implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction ```Skills:``` - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in kitchen management and food handling procedures - Knowledge of banquet operations and event planning - Familiarity with hotel operations is a plus - Ability to effectively manage shifts and prioritize tasks - Experience with POS systems for order processing and cash handling - Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive experience for guests - Strong problem-solving abilities to address any issues that may arise If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for hospitality management, we invite you to apply for this Manager position.
