Duties
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. Your duties will include:
- Managing and supervising all staff members, including servers, cooks, and support staff
- Ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Monitoring food quality and presentation
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Creating and maintaining a positive work environment
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly
- Conducting regular staff meetings to communicate goals, policies, and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Collaborating with the culinary team to develop new menu items
