Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties
- Manage and supervise a team of employees during assigned shifts
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving any issues that may arise
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Create employee schedules and assign tasks accordingly
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other managers to improve overall operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
