A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PIPING - PLUMBING PROJECT ESTIMATOR

As a Piping - Plumbing Project Estimator, you help keep our company busy and profitable! In this position, you analyze potential plumbing and piping projects to determine if they're worth bidding on. A number-crunching master, you create accurate, detailed material takeoffs for potential projects and produce estimates for completing the work.

After generating these numbers, you then determine how profitable completing the project would be. You identify which projects would benefit our company and determine beneficial bid opportunities. You find satisfaction in performing this essential role and helping our company make informed business decisions!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PIPING - PLUMBING PROJECT ESTIMATOR

• 3+ years of estimating OR field experience within the plumbing and piping trade

• Proficiency with numbers and math
