CoachNow is seeking a Sales and Account Management Professional with a background in coaching to serve our membership of world-class athletes and coaches. This role is salary plus commissions.
For over a decade the world's best coaches, academies, and national programs in 60+ sports across 140 countries rely on CoachNow each and every day.
This role supports a collaborative sales effort to grow and retain CoachNow’s existing membership base. Our team is a tight group of ex-coaches, D1-athletes, and technology professionals working hard to change the world of coaching and sports performance.

Job Duties:
- Performs product sales activities for new/renewal business
- Collaboratively develop and execute strategies that drive revenue (ie. email campaigns, direct messaging, events, etc.)
- Coordinate and deliver product demos to convert outbound and inbound leads to customers
- Assist with member support to better understand member needs and pain points while building relationships with them
- Manage memberships, including upgrading accounts, canceling accounts, and making subscription and licensing changes
- Advise our members on best use cases, account setup, and problem-solving based on specific coaching environments
- Aid in creating company resources/databases, such as articles to help the end member or onboarding communications
Skills and Qualifications:
- Coaching experience is a must
- 3+ years of software sales experience and/or relevant background that includes high-performance coaching experience
- Extremely organized and tech savvy
- Experience demonstrating and sharing products remotely with the ability to speak about coaching intelligently
Location:
- Remote in one of these locations CA, TX, CO, AZ
Compensation
- $55-$60k / performance and compensation reviewed annually
- Commision eligible after 3-months
