Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Prepares cost estimates for structural and Miscellaneous steel by analyzing construction documents and specification requirements, and Manage projects through the drafting, fabrication, and erection phases to project completion.
Job Duties:
- Prepares estimate by gathering proposals, construction drawings, specifications, and related documents.
- Identifies labor, material, and time requirements.
- Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
- Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
- Presents prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
- Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Maintains cost data base by entering and backing up data.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Plan and implement projects
- Help define project scope, goals, and deliveries
- Define tasks and required resources
- Collect and manage project team

Education & Experience
- Secondary Education degree preferred.
- Theoretical and practical project management knowledge
- Knowledge of techniques and tools
- Experience as a project manager
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, & Excel
