The Physician Liaison is responsible for providing services in all functional areas of the Marketing and Business Development Department and thereby assist in increasing the utilization of Spine Associates (and its affiliates).
The Physician Liaison is also responsible for servicing/caring, cultivating referral activity and strengthening existing referral activities by implementing, exemplifying and promoting the practice’s professional services and continually striving for perfection.
The Physician Liaison will work within the pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
REQUIREMENTS:
Two or more years of related business development and/or marketing experience.
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field.
- Bi-lingual a PLUS (Spanish Speakers)
- Experience in healthcare sales is a MUST.
- General medical knowledge, especially related to our facility's services, treatment offerings, and equipment.
Require experience in healthcare sales, must be highly professional in appearance, tone and delivery and an effective communicator.
Very detailed oriented.
Flexibility as it relates to schedule, responsibilities and priorities; strong organizational skills; public speaking/presenting skills; the ability to work independently and in a group setting.
High integrity, reasoned and thoughtful judgment, a sense of urgency.
Analytical and intuitive skills
Must demonstrate proficiency in Work, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
Must have a valid Texas driver’s license and a good driving record.
