Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy to patients using various techniques such as trigger point therapy and manual therapy
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements:
- Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Experience or interest in working with pediatric patients
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Experience in a hospital or acute care setting is preferred but not required
Skills:
- Proficient in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans
- Ability to provide hands-on therapy using various techniques
- Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
