Duties:

- Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans

- Implement and administer physical therapy interventions to improve patients' mobility, strength, and functional abilities, monitor and evaluate patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary

- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for exercises and activities to promote recovery and prevent further injury

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans

Qualifications

- Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Michigan

- Proficiency in trigger point therapy techniques

- Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care
