In-Home Physical Therapist Assistant (Per Diem):
@Home Therapy is a leading rehabilitation service provider of PT, OT, and SLP services for adults living at home. Contracting with @Home Therapy as a provider enables you to work in the area that you choose and on your own hours without the risk of burnout or needing to report to a supervisor. @Home Therapy offers EMR training and orientation to new Physical Therapist Assistants as well as ongoing clinical and administrative support.
We seek a Physical Therapist Assistant with the following qualifications:

Contracting with @Home Therapy as a provider enables you to work in the area that you choose and on your own hours without the risk of burnout or needing to report to a supervisor. @Home Therapy offers EMR training and orientation to new Physical Therapist Assistants as well as ongoing clinical and administrative support.
We seek a Physical Therapist Assistant with the following qualifications:
- A valid PTA License and Registration in New York are required.
- Experience in adult Physical Therapy is required.
- Excellent communication skills are required.
- Familiarity with EMR software is a plus.
- Homecare Experience a plus.
Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist Assistant include:
- Communicate with the office staff regarding your patients.
- Schedule your Physical therapy treatment visits directly with your patients.
- Treat patients according to the patient's plan of care and prior and current functionality.
- Document your visits in the web-based EMR in accordance with Medicare's guidelines.
- Maintain active credentials and perform all visits within HIPAA and company compliance.
