Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Summary:
Willows Post Acute, a small, homelike skilled nursing facility, is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to patient recovery and rehabilitation in a nurturing and supportive environment.

Qualifications:

• Valid PT license in California
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred
• Strong commitment to providing patient-centered care

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
