The Goodwin Recruiting Team is in search of a talented and compassionate Physical Therapist to join a rapidly growing team in Grand Rapids, MI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical and functional status
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals
- Implement evidence-based interventions and modalities to maximize patient outcomes
- Provide hands-on manual therapy techniques as appropriate
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and home care strategies
- Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize outcomes
Qualifications:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist
- 1+ years of experience in ALS/Independent Living/Long-Term Care preferred
- Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice
