Qualifications include:
- DPT
- 2 years experience within the last 3 years
- BLS
- Current, unrestricted license to practice Physical Therapy in any one of the 50 states, District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands
