We are seeking an experienced, qualified and caring Physical Therapist to join our growing Anytime Fitness Club as an independent DPT or expansion of an established practice. This individual would act as our partner and advocate for patients and members on their road to recovery, from diagnosis to the completion of rehabilitation and transition into personal training. Patient member quality of life, range of motion, overall safety and return to fitness should be the sole focus of any partner.

- LLC/Tax ID Number

- Malpractice Insurance

- National Provider Identifier (NPI)

- State Specific License

- Location Specific Credentialing

- Equipment (bed and other therapy specific equipment needs)

- Consent Form for membership and training

- Jackson, Marshall, Chelsea, Canton

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
