Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least three years of general experience that includes one year of experience equivalent to the next lower pay band NH-01 (GS-04 equivalency) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector that demonstrates the ability to analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions; plan and organize work; and communicate effectively orally and in writing.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.Education: In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
- Have successfully completed a four-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree.
- Have a combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
