Role Responsibilities
As a PHP Developer, you'll play an instrumental role in maintaining and enhancing our bespoke PHP/MYSQL-based web applications and websites. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of delivering the best possible experience to our customers, contractors, and partners.
Key Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in PHP development
- Proven skills in working with the Yii2 PHP framework
- Familiarity with Docker, BASH, some Python, and Linux systems administration
- Proficiency in integrating REST APIs
- Knowledge of PHP 5.6, 7.2 and 8.x, JavaScript, HTML5/CSS and writing optimized queries for MySQL
Your Profile
We appreciate developers who take pride in clean, readable, and maintainable code. If you are comfortable dealing with raw PHP code for high-traffic websites and applications, you'll fit right in.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with other MVC frameworks
- Knowledge of machine learning principles
- Strong grasp of web application security principles and best practices
- Demonstrated understanding of Object-Oriented programming concepts and patterns
- Frontend experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript libraries such as jQuery
