SalaryDuties:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a team of employees who process and edit digital images from school portraits, senior portraits, sports photography and other events.
- Manages multiple systems and processes including photographic image editing, ID card printing, and flyer printing on a RISO Duplicator.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed to deliver best-in-class pre-print accuracy.
- Learn and maintain technical knowledge of all internal software systems including, but not limited to Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Pixnub and Blueprint.
- Responsibilities include staffing, budgeting, payroll, project management, and seasonal ramp up and ramp down.
- Continually refine and implement strategies to improve operational processes and increase productivity
- Skilled at coordination of schedules, resources, and logistics- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective coordination and communication

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
