Summary:

The Photo & VideoShoot Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Creative Director by creating shot lists and shot orders and planning photo and Video Shoots.

Responsibilities:

● Own planning of photo and Video Shoots, including location scouting, prop and backdrop sourcing, and securing talent.

● Manage third party vendors such as photographers, models, make-up artists, hair stylists, and property location managers to plan and execute creative shoots.

● Work closely with the photographer and the design & creative teams to communicate shoot deadlines and updates to ensure on-time delivery of assets.

● Assist the Creative Director in creating shot lists and shot order.

● Manage budget, talent rosters, model castings & bookings, and call sheets.

● Provide talent with photo galleries from their shoots after product launches.

● Responsible for shoot and studio needs such as coordinating catering, managing shoot flow (time per shot), scheduling messengers, and assisting with ad hoc projects as needed.

● Position is between 15 to 30 hours a week.

● Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

● Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

● Excellent project manager–ability to multitask and handle multiple projects.

● Pays close attention to the details.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Compensation package:

• 1099 contract
