Phone Triage Nurse

Job Summary

We are seeking a Phone Triage Nurse to join our team! You will be responsible for the initial assessment and treatment of assigned patients.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans
• Communicate with our physicians regarding patient care
• Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
• Provide advice and support to patients
• Maintain accurate patient medical records

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in Ob/Gyn Phone Triage
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Previous experience with electronic medical records
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
