Pharmacy Technician

Pharmacy techs will

• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Process customer purchases by operating cash registers and computer.
• Prepare the prescription order for inspection by the pharmacist.
• Complete prescription data entry into the pharmacy software under the supervision of pharmacist and/or a lead Pharmacy Technician.
• Provide customer assistance during prescription pick-up. Assist patients/customers with prescription orders and purchases.
• Provide patients/customers with pharmacy products and services in accordance with local, state, and federal laws and corporate policies and procedures.
• Stock and rotate merchandise and supplies.

Technician in Training starts $14.50. Certified Technician starts $17.50.

Pay increase $.50 every six months the first two years, then $1 annually years three to four.

*An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job related responsibilities and duties throughout the facility as assigned and/or as necessary.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.50 - $17.50 per hour
