Pharmacy Technician

Title: Bilingual Pharmacy Technician

Duration: 6 Month Contract to Hire

Location: FULLY REMOTE (must operate on PST hours)

Schedule: 5x8s, 9am-6pm PST, Monday-Saturday (rotating Saturdays)

Insight Global is seeing a Remote Certified Pharmacy Technician who is Spanish-Speaking to support a healthcare startup client on a 6-month contract to hire assignment. Under the supervision of a Pharmacist Team Lead and Head of Operations, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to patients, providers, and pharmacies to intervene in patient cases identified using risk stratification algorithms. These interventions may involve obtaining and recording health and contact information, scheduling appointments, resolving medication-related issues, and performing patient engagement activities. In addition to patient interactions, you will be responsible for answering inbound customer support requests, preparing and mailing letters, and other assigned duties. All members of the Clinical Care team are expected to communicate effectively, maintain a cooperative working relationship with clients and colleagues, be respectful and accept constructive feedback professionally, and continuously learn new skills to deliver quality customer service and patient care.

Requirements:

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, Korean, Cantonese, or Mandarin
• 1+ year of Retail Pharmacy experience
• Experience handling 40-50+ outbound adherence related calls per day
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology and medication names (brand and generic)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
• A team player mindset with the ability to work independently
• MUST be able to operate on PST hours
