Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy department - Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies - Manage and supervise pharmacy staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling - Develop and implement strategies to improve patient service and satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of medications and inventory - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care - Stay up-to-date with advancements in pharmaceuticals and pharmacy practices - Provide guidance and support to pharmacy technicians Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) - Valid pharmacist license in the state of employment - Proven experience as a Pharmacy Manager or similar role - Strong knowledge of medical terminology and pharmaceuticals - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medications - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position. Pay: $60.99 - $64.01 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 44 per week
