Description

Position Summary: Under the direction of the Pharmacy Operations Manager, process medication orders resulting in patients receiving safe and effective drug therapy. Provide supervision to Pharmacy Technicians assisting in these processes.
Experience

3-5 years hospital pharmacy experience and/or including residencies/fellowships. BLS, ACLS, PALS certification preferred, required within first year of employment.

Education

Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Pharmacy from an accredited university required.
License and Credentials
Current New Jersey Pharmacist license; current New Jersey Immunizing Pharmacist license.

Skills
Good interpersonal skills; computer skills; excellent time management.

Bi-Weekly Hours: 40

Work Schedule:Rotating Shifts - Weekdays, Evenings & Every Other Weekend, Holidays as necessary.
