Description

To provide oncology pharmaceutical services to Kadlec Clinic Hematology and Oncology clinic patients. These services include filling and dispensing outpatient oral oncology prescriptions and support medications, maintenance of medication records utilizing electronic health records, preparation and dispensing of intravenous drug therapies, monitoring of drug regiment appropriateness, prevention and monitoring of adverse drug effects, oversight of medication safety and security, provision of drug information to Kadlec Clinic Hematology and Oncology patients and professional staff, performance of clinical drug interventions with medical record documentation.

Required Qualifications:

  • PharmD - Graduation from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
  • Washington Pharmacist License upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oncology pharmacy practice experience.

About the Team

Providence Physician Enterprise (PE) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care. Collectively, our medical groups and affiliate practices are the third largest group in the country with over 11,000 providers, 900 clinics and 30,000 caregivers.
