Hematology Oncology Full-Time LocumsPosition in Issaquah, WA where Outpatient coverage possible, minimal call may be needed. Here are some of the details:
Schedule- ***Looking for one full time provider, not interested in doing a patchwork schedule with multiple locum providers due to the need for continuity of care and the long term nature of this assignment. ***
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday:7:30a-5:00p
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
- Board Certification in Hem/Onc: REQUIRED
- Active WA license only: REQUIRED
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS: REQUIRED
Practice Description:
- Hematology: 30%
- Oncology: 70%
- Support staff: Physician: 3, Mid-levels: 2
- Each MD has 1 RN and 1 MA shared scheduling and ambulatory infusion team.
- Support Services: Dietitian, social workers, genetic, counseling, psychiatry.
- Number of s: 14-18
- Patients scheduled per shift: 14-18
- Consults per day: 2
- Radiation Oncologists on staff
- Required Procedures: Management of VAD/CV catheter’s
- Prefered Procedures: Chemotherapy Intrathecal, administration of chemo
- EMR: Epic
