Position Specific Description
Leaders in this role will oversee the Northeast Region in Florida to include 3 Landfill to Electricity sites- Trail Ridge, Brevard, and Seminole. The Leader will report to one of the 3 sites daily as the home office; ideal location would be Jacksonville, FL. Company vehicle will be included for work travel.Individuals are accountable for all aspects of the management and performance of both the physical and human assets in their assigned facilities.

- Manages the technical performance of the plant
- Leads the safety of the facility and personnel
- Complies with all regulations and policies

- Coaches employees in safe work practices, craft skills, productivity, and training
- Develops and refines operations procedures, processes, and overhaul start up and shutdown
- Ensures that all production activities are completed in a safe and environmentally responsible manner in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and consistent with PGD policies, procedures, and practices
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High School Grad / GED
- Experience: 5+ years
- Leadership Experience: 2+ years
