Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Back of House Manager to oversee our lodging and daycare departments. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animals, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing teams in a Pet Care setting.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the lodging, activities, and daycare departments.
- Supervise and lead a team of Pet Care specialists, ensuring all staff members are trained and motivated to provide exceptional care to pets.
- Coordinate scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage for all services.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of supplies and equipment necessary for Pet Care services.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of Pet Care activities, including feeding schedules, medication administration, and behavioral observations.
- Collaborate with other departments as necessary
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Experience in a supervisory role within the Pet Care industry.
- Strong knowledge of animal behavior, health, and nutrition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Technology, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
