Dude Ranch Pet Resort of Glen Allen, VA is looking to hire FULL TIME - fixed schedule Pet Care Specialists to join our team. This posting is for our PM shift from 3pm to 11pm. This slot goes FIXED AND PERMANENT after you prove yourself!

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PET CARE SPECIALIST

As a Pet Care Specialist, you are the lifeblood of our business. Thanks to the excellent care that you provide to our very important guests, they have an enriched experience and are always excited to come back. You help feed, water, and walk dogs according to their individual feeding schedules and instructions. You freely dole out petting and affection to all of our guests, regardless of breed and temperament. Especially in this PM shift, you're spending time with the dogs after dinner, soothing and relaxing them. Then, as a practical, get-it-done person who takes scooping poop in stride, you enthusiastically wash, clean, organize, and disinfect facilities, ground, and equipment in order to maintain an attractive and healthy environment for everyone.

As a result, you get to enjoy all kinds of love, from giant, enthusiastic, slobbery love to dainty, reserved love. You get great satisfaction out of ensuring that each guest at our resort stays in clean accommodations and has all their individual needs attended to!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PET CARE SPECIALIST

• Physically able to be on your feet and walk for the length of an entire 8 or 10 hour shift
• Willing and able to clean up after dogs
• Love for animals

WORK SCHEDULES

This position has a stable schedule so you can have a private life too!. This posting is for our 2nd shift time frame. 8 and 10 hour Shifts starting 3pm and ending by 11PM. Full-time positions typically work 32-40 hours per week; with Rotating Weekend/Holidays.
