Assuming the role of a Pet Care Program Coordinator at Off The Leash Doggie Daycare entails overseeing the Petey's Pals Program with precision and dedication. Daily responsibilities include managing program operations, executing administrative duties, and collaborating seamlessly with diverse departments to ensure a cohesive experience for our canine companions. Your role extends to clear communication of program details to pet parents, cross-selling additional services, and developing transparent goals for each dog. Challenge yourself to cultivate strong connections with our dogs, consistently working towards and surpassing their unique goals. Your role demands meticulous attention to detail, an in-depth understanding of dog behavior, and an unwavering commitment to their overall welfare.

We are a company of dedicated pet lovers who have been providing dog care services, boarding, grooming, training, retail, and daycare since 2007. Our company provides exceptionally clean kennels and a number of play yards for our fuzzy pals to run around in. Our goal is to be a home away from home for our customers' furry friends! Our company is established but small enough that we can provide individual attention to the animals in our care. OUR TEAM NEEDS YOU!

We need the following from you:

• Managerial or supervisory experience, preferably in the animal care industry
• Experience in the animal care industry
• Strong leadership, customer service, and positive reinforcement-based training skills
• Excellent project management, organizational, and computer skills
• Fundamental understanding of basic training methodologies, with a training certificate preferred
• Proficiency in kennel software and social media for client communication
