The ideal candidate:
- good driving record, non-drug use, and good background check (some prior types of infractions may not necessarily disqualify you),
- physically able to lift 50lbs, twist and turn, crouch, crawl, and climb
- well mannered and groomed, with good communication skills
- Honest, dependable, hard working, goal oriented, career minded and looking to grow with the company.
- Has experience and contacts in the HOA and condominium realm

Salary: $50,000 - $120,000.00 per year
