SalaryFedEx Ground Contractor is looking to hire additional help to deliver small packages to residents in their own vehicle in Knightdale, NC and the surrounding areas. Drivers will be paid a per hour rate.
COMPENSATION / BENEFITS
- WEEKENDS are a MUST
- PAY- $18/hour PLUS $40/day car allowance
- PAID TRAINING
Approved vehicles include sedans, station wagons, SUVs, minivans and pick-up trucks (with a covered and secure bed) that are no older than 15 years and have no significant cosmetic damage.
You must be 21 years of age. Also, you must show proof of insurance and vehicle registration.
Key qualifications:
- All applicants must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background check.
- Drivers must have no more than 2 citations or traffic violations on their motor vehicle record in the past 3 years.
- No commercial driving experience is required.
- Reliability, strong work ethic, results driven, commitment to excellence, problem solving, time management skills, patience, customer focus.
Required Technical Skills
- Use a smartphone with GPS
- Use a scanner, provided by the contractor to log deliveries.
