F45 Group Fitness Coach / Personal Trainer

We are looking for an ambitious, energetic, motivating, knowledgeable, charismatic Trainers to join our F45 South Loop - Chicago Team. You will be working closely with the Head Trainer and Studio Manager to coach classes, foster and retain current members, and deliver the F45 Experience to the community.

The ideal candidate is energetic and enthusiastic, with excellent verbal communication skills, is able to overcome objections, and have a willingness to grow and foster a thriving membership culture.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of Personal Training Experience
• Possess/maintain nationally accredited Personal Training certification (including ASCM, ACE, NASM or NSCA)
• Current First Aid & CPR/AED certified
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Complete F45’s on-boarding curriculum
• Ability to train all fitness levels (beginner to elite)
• Ability to connect and develop rapport with members daily
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to achieve set performance metrics
• Confident, energetic, great public speaker, reliable, punctual, professional & genuine motivator towards wanting to improve the lives of others
• Ability to prioritize and meet goals in a fast-paced environment
• Have a strong interest and passion for the fitness industry
• Live the F45 brand - be physically fit and lead a healthy lifestyle

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leading F45’s HIIT group training classes
• Commit to 12+ classes per week
• Available to coach morning classes (6am-9am), mid-day classes (12pm), evening classes (5pm-7pm)
• Willingness to work early morning sessions & flexible hours (Monday to Sunday)
• Collaborate with and report to Management team (Head Trainer, Studio Manager, and Owners) to discuss daily, weekly, and monthly goals
• Ensure that all members are getting attention during class, performing exercises safely and correctly with regards to heart rate, exercise technique, posture, and spine, as well as joint stress and stability when resistance training; while members are kept motivated and encouraged
• Perform and demonstrate all exercises in class with regressions and progressions for all fitness levels from beginners to elite
• Set up equipment layout for classes as needed and maintain a clean, organized, energetic, fun studio to achieve member retention
• Assist with sales promotions and activities
• Be a brand ambassador inside and outside the F45 studio
• Engage and establish relationships with potential members and ultimately convert potential members into members
• Ensure studio is kept impeccably clean (bathrooms and workout area). Cleaning duties include mopping workout floor, vacuuming sled track, cleaning bathrooms, etc.
• Use personal and business social media page to promote studio on a regular basis
• Motivate members during and after training
• Deliver instruction using the F45 terminology
• Take the initiative to provide the best possible service to our members

Education:
