POSITION SUMMARY
Instruct small (up to 8 participants) Group Fitness classes and/or personal training sessions in a safe, enjoyable, and positive environment that welcomes people of all cultures, skills, and fitness levels. Effectively builds community within the class and rapport with clientele. Modify class/sessions as needed to meet varied health, ability and cultural needs.

COMPENSATION
50/50 Revenue Split of Sales
Flat pay rate per Group Fitness class for up to 2 participants, then +$5 per additional participant
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Current certification or license in Personal Training
Valid CPR/AED Certification
2+ years of experience in your related field, or at least one year of Group Fitness experience prior to certification
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Be on time and prepared for each class, clean up equipment after use, and ensure a safe workout space.
Provide attentive instruction and proper demonstrations during classes and sessions
Help clients schedule, take attendance, and encourage clients to take other fitness classes
Physical effort required for daily duties include lifting mild to heavy weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting & prolonged standing and walking
