Personal Lines Insurance Account Representative

Established and growing South Shore Insurance Agency is currently seeking a full time Personal Lines Insurance Account Representative. In this role, you will interact with clients to provide information in response to inquiries regarding the Agency's products and services; primary focus is on the client satisfaction, retention and rounding existing accounts.

Primary Responsibilities include:

• Servicing and maintaining existing accounts.
• Reviewing coverages and discounts of in force policies.
• Account rounding and cross selling of products.
• Quoting, applications, issuance and servicing.
• Various others duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience (3-5 years) in a fast-paced insurance agency environment.
• Knowledge of Personal Lines Insurance products and coverages.
• Excellent computer skills are necessary.
• Must have full knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word.
• Knowledge of Special Agent and Boston Software is a plus.
