Job Description
Established and growing South Shore Insurance Agency is currently seeking a full time Personal Lines Insurance Account Representative. In this role, you will interact with clients to provide information in response to inquiries regarding the Agency's products and services; primary focus is on the client satisfaction, retention and rounding existing accounts.
Primary Responsibilities include:
- Servicing and maintaining existing accounts.
- Reviewing coverages and discounts of in force policies.
- Account rounding and cross selling of products.
- Quoting, applications, issuance and servicing.
- Various others duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience (3-5 years) in a fast-paced insurance agency environment.
- Knowledge of Personal Lines Insurance products and coverages.
- Excellent computer skills are necessary.
- Must have full knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word.
- Knowledge of Special Agent and Boston Software is a plus.
