J&Y Law is seeking a client-focused individual to join our established and growing team as a Medical Lien Negotiator. As a preeminent PERSONAL INJURY law firm in Los Angeles, we provide a fast-paced, high volume workplace where you will quickly integrate into our stellar team and case work.

We are looking for a LIEN NEGOTIATOR to handle our MEDICAL LIEN negotiations/reductions. Once the client's case settles, the case will be transferred to you, where you will be in charge of reducing all medical bills and liens to the maximum amount possible in order to maximize the client's net recovery. You will be an integral part of our team and the clients experience with our firm.
Duties will include: Negotiating with providers to reduce medical bills, negotiating Medicare and MediCal liens, resolving subrogation liens, preparing closing letters, corresponding directly with insurance companies, providers, and clients in a professional manner.
What were looking for:
-You must be able to speak Spanish fluently.
-You must understand the Injury Claims process and have a basic knowledge of Medical Terminology and the importance of it.
-The ideal team member will have at least 1 year experience as a Personal Injury Medical Lien Negotiator.
-You must be hungry to learn.
