Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 per year (DOE)

Position Overview: As a Executive/Personal Assistant, you will be an integral part of the team, providing essential support to executives and contributing to the smooth operation of the company. This hybrid role allows for a flexible work arrangement, combining both remote and in-office responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate executives' schedules, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
- Handle travel arrangements and accommodations for executives, which may require occasional on-call duties.
- Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Run company-related (and sometimes personal-related) errands, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure discretion in all communications.
- Support project management activities and collaborate with various teams to meet deadlines.
Keep in mind, that this person will wear multiple hats and will be working in a fast-paced environment. These are only a few of the responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in the retail industry or health and wellness sector is advantageous, but no required.
