Personal Injury Legal Receptionist

Requirements: (Candidates who do not meet this criteria will not be considered)

01) Bilingual Spanish

02) Ability to lift 30 lbs

03) High School Diploma

04) In-person attendance, M-F 8:30am - 5:30pm

05) Adherence to company policies and procedures

06) Efficiency and organizational skills

07) Professional demeanor, writing, speaking skills

08) Ability to professionally speak with clients, vendors, and insurance adjusters

09) 1-3 years of Personal Injury legal experience required

10) MS Office and Adobe knowledge and efficiency

Responsibilities will include:

01) Answering phones

02) Greeting clients

03) Contacting vendors

04) Coordinating travel

05) Data entry

06) Filing and organization

07) Client reminders

08) Monitoring supplies inventory

09) Process outgoing correspondence

10) General office assistance as needed

11) Ordering records & liens

12) Medical treatment coordination and supervision

13) Drafting medical timelines

14) Drafting various correspondence

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Receptionist, Personal Injury, or Medical: 1 year (Preferred)
