We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Injury Paralegal to join our legal team. As a Personal Injury Paralegal, you will provide essential support to our attorneys in handling Personal Injury cases. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong legal research and case management skills to contribute to our firm's success.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information

- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests

- Review and organize medical records, police reports, and other relevant documents

- Draft correspondence and communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel

- Manage case files and maintain accurate and up-to-date records

- Coordinate with experts, witnesses, and other parties involved in the case

- Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness lists

- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and maintaining calendars

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field

- Paralegal certification or relevant training preferred

- Proven experience working as a paralegal in Personal Injury law

- Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures

- Proficient in legal research using Westlaw or similar platforms

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Experience with document management systems and case management software is a plus

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
