Career Consulting Partners has partnered with one of the most recognized injury law firms in southern California in search of a Personal Injury attorney to work out of their Downtown Los Angeles Office. We are a 25+-year-old law firm and our team of over 100 legal professionals has recovered over $400,000,000 million for our clients. We serve the Los Angeles, Riverside, Palm Desert, San Bernardino, Palm Springs, Orange and Ventura Counties. 

• Oversee a caseload of Personal Injury cases, including but not limited to motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall incidents, medical malpractice, and wrongful death claims.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis related to Personal Injury cases to build strong arguments and strategies.
• Meet with clients to discuss case details, gather evidence, and provide expert legal advice regarding potential claims and case prospects.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents to support clients' claims and protect their rights.
• Supervise and participate in the discovery process, including conducting depositions, interrogatories, and document review.
• Represent clients in settlement negotiations with insurance companies and opposing counsel to secure fair and just compensation.
• Take cases from complaints through expert depositions and first or second chair trials depending on your experience level
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior attorneys and legal staff, fostering professional growth and development within the team.
• Assess the strengths and weaknesses of potential Personal Injury cases and advise the firm on the feasibility of pursuing specific claims.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns, and keeping them informed about case progress.
• Ensure adherence to all legal and ethical standards in the handling of Personal Injury cases.

• In Office
• Active license to practice law in CA.
• Minimum [3] years of experience in Personal Injury law, with a proven track record of successful case outcomes.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team of attorneys and support staff.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• In-depth knowledge of Personal Injury laws, regulations, and precedents.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
• Proficiency in legal research and case management software.
• Demonstrated empathy and compassion towards clients while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• A history of maintaining high ethical standards and professional conduct.
• Trial experience is a plus but not mandatory.

• Base Compensation: $140,000 - $215,000
