About the Job:This is a full-time role for a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney. As a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for handling various Personal Injury cases and providing the necessary legal advice to clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting legal research, negotiating settlements, preparing legal documents, and representing clients in court. Although this role is primarily located in Cumming, GA, some remote work is acceptable.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Personal Injury law
- Experience litigating and going to trial
- Excellent legal advice and research skills
- Strong negotiation skills
Additional qualifications that would be beneficial include:
- Experience representing clients in Personal Injury cases
- Familiarity with local and state laws and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
