In-Home Caregiver
Duties:
- Provide compassionate and personalized care to individuals in their homes
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide medication reminders and monitor health conditions
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and tidying up
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
- Assist with transportation to appointments and errands
Skills:
- Experience in childcare, working with people with developmental disabilities, or senior care
- Knowledge of patient care techniques and best practices
- Ability to provide direct support to individuals with various needs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Familiarity with dementia care and understanding of its challenges
- Strong caregiving skills, including empathy, patience, and attentiveness
- First aid certification is a plus
