$250 Sign-On Bonus after 6 months of employment!
Half of bonus ($125) paid after 90 days and half after 180 days. To be eligible, you must have completed at least 8 shifts per month at 90 days and another 8 shifts per month at 180 days. Bonus is awarded as long as you work your required shifts as well as any shifts you pick-up, have no call-offs and are in good standing.

Part-time weekday and weekend schedules available starting at 20-30 hours per week, hours may fluctuate depending on client flow. Potential to work 30-40 hours per week with fluctuating hours.

Job Summary
Personal care aides, also known as caregivers, personal attendants, homemakers, or companions, assist with the daily tasks of elderly, mentally disabled, chronically ill, or physically challenged clients, as well as hospice patients and those in various stages of rehabilitation or recovery.
Aides might work at clients' homes, residential care or hospice facilities, adult day care centers, or senior centers. They might visit several clients a day or be assigned to one specific client. Shifts can vary, but most personal care aides are expected to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Common Responsibilities:
Providing companionship and conversation
Preparing and serving meals
Help with bathing and grooming
Light housekeeping and laundry
Shopping, errands and transportation
Other duties as assigned
Ideal experiences include:
Previous caregiving experience preferred
A passion for caregiving and a desire to help others
A commitment to being present and providing quality care
Empathy, patience, kindness, respect and positivity
Ability to carry out direction, both verbal and written
Willingness to work with residents across an array of cognitive levels.
