The Personal Care Service Provider (PCSP) provides Personal Care, other health-related services, homemaking services and companionship for client's in their home as directed by the client's care plan and under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
No experience is necessary, we will train!
PCSP Essential Job Functions
Provides assistance to client with Personal Care such as bathing and grooming, dressing and undressing, meal preparation and feeding, transfers and ambulation, safe restroom use and continence and medication assistance.
Completes homemaking tasks such as dusting, damp/dry mopping, vacuuming, cleaning, kitchen appliances, and cleaning bathroom fixtures.
Assists the client with adaptive equipment or home exercise program.
Socializes with clients with warm supportive (not personal) conversation, reading, games, cards, etc.
Communicates clearly and courteously with others including client, family members, and other agency staff.
Practices safe work habits and proper body mechanics.
Arrives on time to visits and completing visits within the scheduled time allowed.
Accurately documents care and services provided to the client using a mobile device according to Agency standards.

* Eligibility - employed 20 hours or more a week

Requirements
- Graduate of a GED program or high school
- Completion of the Agency's PCSP program
- Reliable automobile and automobile insurance
- Valid Driver's license
- If hired, be available Monday-Friday for the first weeks of employment to complete the required training.
