The Role
Regulatory Affairs Specialist
POSITION SUMMARY
The Regulatory Affairs Specialist provides regulatory compliance support to the Vantage Personal Care organization. Responsible for completing regulatory document requests and assisting with compliance tasks related to applicable business requirements. Provides timely written and verbal communication and documentation in response to internal and external technical and regulatory information inquiries.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Fulfills customer requests for product specific technical and regulatory documentation.
- May be asked to author new regulatory documentation such as SDS's, Regulatory Data Sheets and similar statements.
- Complete customer forms, questionnaires, and coding packages.
- Obtain and maintain updated regulatory information and required documentation from suppliers.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable Federal and State requirements.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of any other applicable 3rd party certification standards as needed, such as RSPO, Kosher, Halal, Fair for Life.
- Develop industry expertise by maintaining current knowledge of the laws and regulations in order to provide accurate information and respond in a timely manner to external and internal customer requests.
