She is a highly sought-after Energetics Expert who helps executives, entrepreneurs and business owners take their lives to the next level by creating and experiencing more money, balance, and fulfillment in every area of their lives.  As the creator of The Beyond Human Method, Tamara trains individuals and groups in her unique methodology through her 12 month program and emphasized with specialized facilitation and coaching. 

If you have real-world experience in a support role and a passion for helping others on the path of expansion, we want to connect with you! We’re looking to hire a Support Specialist who can anticipate, execute, and serve the needs of the CEO while creating a seamless experience for our clients.

The Beyond Human Method is looking for an Executive & Personal Assistant to work personally with Tamara rose to provide exceptional service to her and the company with both potential and current clients. The Executive Assistant will ensure a smooth working business environment with a focus on optimizing the performance of current and future operation. This position requires identifying risks and opportunities with the set and growing accountabilities and providing solutions for efficiency and cost savings measures. As an Executive & Personal Assistant, you will also be accountable for phone, emails, office inventory, calendar scheduling, and handling errands for Tamara Rose, assuring that she has a seamless experience and is well cared for.

About the Role:

  • You’ll be responsible for managing and implementing the day-to-day logistics and office operations of The Beyond Human Method in 6 main areas:

    • Internal TBHM Duties:

      • Work closely with the CEO to support daily business needs

      • Manage Calendar (iCal and Google) of CEO in partnership with CEO, including coaching sessions (scheduled via calendly) for clients  

      • Proactively recommend improvements to increase CEO’s daily and overall performance and efficiency

      • Complete understanding of the company's structures and systems to offer solutions, problem solving suggestions and efficiency upgrades.

      • Support with online and in person event operations such as participant Swag Boxes, monitoring guest requests and questions, organizing coaching sessions, and coach availability (4 times per year).

      • Support legal requests, file paperwork and act as liaison with the company’s lawyer when needed. 

    • Management of Digital files:

      • Manage and post files into the school’s website

      • Organization and manage all digital files in Google Drive, canva, external hard drives and Dropbox 

      • Download and upload all recorded calls to the library and upload them to the website and/or Google Drive. 

    • Communications internal and external

      • Tracking participant contact information and communicating with them when appropriate

      • completing refunds or issues with different accounts; business and personal.

      • Updating client and Coaches Calendars to ensure students are on trac with their programs.

    • Event Responsibilities 

      • Running errands, completing purchases, and anything that the CEO needs before during and after the event (estimated 4 per year)

      • Technical support for online events. May include monitoring zoom rooms, supporting chats, being present to ensure a great customer experience with audio and video platform.

    • Personal Duties for CEO:

      • Manage personal purchases, returns, travel accounts and credit cards

      • Support the organization of the physical spaces of the home and home office once per week (water plants, communicate with house cleaner, etc.)

      • Run errands for CEO including but not limited to - grocery shopping, trips to the post office to process and pick up mail, returns, car needs such as oil changes, etc. once per week

      • Schedule appointments for CEO including but not limited to - house cleaner, doctors, hair, massages, facials, etc.

  • You can manage, maintain, and troubleshoot systems of all nature (i.e. calendars, apps, emails and website platforms , etc.).

  • You have a basic understanding of personal growth and development - interested in self-awareness and growth..

  • You have strong proactive communication and interpersonal skills.

  • You possess critical thinking skills and the ability to generate from another’s perspective.

 

Required Qualifications + Knowledge:

  • Must have a car and valid drivers license

  • Minimum of 1+ years experience in an assistant role; accustomed to a fast-paced environment

  • Previous experience with personal growth and development

  • Proficient in a wide array of software programs, including Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Drive, etc.), Apple, Mac and iphone, Calendly, etc.

  • Superb written and verbal communication skills

  • Tech savviness with learning new software and hardware quickly and efficiently.

  • Plus: any knowledge, experience or interest in using AI to perform your tasks or out perform yourself.

 

Details:

  • Must reside within a 50-mile radius of Silverthorne, CO.

  • Willing to travel 1 day to the CEO in Silverthorne, CO on a weekday every week.

  • Hours of this position may increase during events.

  • Compensation range: $18-$25 per hour, working 25 hours per week.

This position is a 1099 contractor position, so mileage, etc. can be deducted on your taxes.
