Personal Assistant

Position Overview:
Seeking a highly-organized and proactive individual to serve as a Personal Assistant to a business owner/homeowner/mother.

The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing a wide range of support tasks in the business owner's home to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.

Someone is needed to work very part time (under 10 hours) on 1-2 mornings a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing various household and business needs.
• Maintenance and organization of home office.
• Household tasks like putting away laundry and childrens' toys, organizing closets and cabinets, manage small home projects .
• Assist with personal errands and tasks, such as shopping and returns.
• Manage some correspondance, conduct research, organize documents and files.
• Various business projects on the computer.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 – 8 per week

Schedule:

• Morning shift

Ability to Relocate:

• Wall Township, NJ: Relocate before starting work (Required)
